In-Person (Event) Purchases
Each item is chosen with intention, and all event sales are considered final, honoring the energy of the moment.
If you notice damage to your purchase before you leave our sanctuary, we’ll gladly exchange it for you—if we have a match on hand.
Once you’ve left the event, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, as each piece is energetically cleared for its new home.
Online Purchases
If your package arrives and something feels off—damaged in transit or not what you ordered—reach out within 5 days of delivery.
We’ll ask for a photo so we can make things right with a replacement or return, as long as it’s within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days, we’re not able to accept returns. If the return is needed due to our mistake, we’ll cover shipping; otherwise, return shipping is up to you.
