Shipping

- We ship from Florida via a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

- Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

- Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking so you can watch it make its way to you. Total delivery time (processing + carrier transit) typically runs [7–10 business days], though this can vary by destination and carrier.

- In-person event purchases are picked up on the spot—no shipping involved.

In-Person (Event) Purchases

- Each item is chosen with intention, and all event sales are considered final, honoring the energy of the moment.

- If you notice damage to your purchase before you leave our sanctuary, we'll gladly exchange it for you—if we have a match on hand.

- Once you've left the event, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges, as each piece is energetically cleared for its new home.

Online Purchases

- If your package arrives and something feels off—damaged in transit or not what you ordered—reach out within 5 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.

- We'll ask for a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund—no need to ship anything back to us.

- As long as it's within 30 calendar days of delivery, we've got you covered. After 30 days, we're not able to offer a replacement or refund.
